1. Where does the author compare those two charts? He compared the first chart to itself. The second chart is used to compare to itself over time.
2. Do you believe a wrongful conclusion was the result? If so, identify it.
It's wildly bizarre that people are criticizing these completely correct and accurate graphs because they don't like the choice of axes.
My theory is that none of you actually work with numeric data in practice. Would I be right?
