Amen. No matter how grim the news gets me, getting on a bike and taking a spin or going for a walk here never cease to cheer me up.

I loved New York City, I do miss the overabundance of events there, and yet I can't summon the desire even to go back for a visit. Man, that place was so ugly it made my eyes bleed. I liked that for thirty years but eventually it gets really old.
