America, YU so cruel? :-/
Drugs are a medical problem - a medical problem! That's how they treat them around here, and it works.
If you want a movie to really inspire you, Moore's "Where To Invade Next" is a knockout. It's full of regular people in other countries explaining how their country works. One of them is a young policeman from Portugal explaining how the basis of Portuguese policing was the dignity of the individual, and how treating drug use as a medical problem was part of that. He made me cry.
Also the family-owned Italian motorcycle company, where they give four months honeymoon vacation if you get married and four months maternity and paternity leave. The owners say, "It is our privilege to be able to do this for our employees. What else would we do with the money, anyway?" and I also cried.
