And yes, taking people's companies away from them would be an excellent idea. If they're really cooperative, maybe we won't charge with capital crimes against humanity for devastating the biosphere, but I feel if a few of them ended up hanging from lampposts with ravens pecking their eyes out, totally legally of course, it would be an encouragement to the others to cooperate.
