Trump has blatantly and publicly flouted the law and deserves punishment. Seeing him whipped like the mangy cur he is will hearten the people, who desperately need it with so many delusional psychopaths in positions of power.

Tell me — have you ever watched Trump speak? See him unable to emit any sort of coherent sentence? Get basic facts about the world wrong? Wander aimlessly through the most important job in the world, repeatedly lashing out at America’s allies, just to lose interest again?

How can you possibly ally yourself with that drooling mess? What is it about his bluster, dementia, perfect ignorance about the world, lack of impulse control, and pathological mendacity attracts you?

Strike that — I really don’t care. Pathology and ministering to the intellectual integrity challenged is no longer my bailiwick.
