Calling your friends out for not commenting on news events isn't so reasonable.

Many of my friends, including myself, regularly take a week off from the news - because we would otherwise go mad.

And there is such a stream of bad news that missing one item is very possible.

But overall I agree entirely, and I've cut off a lot of my white friends because they are racist assholes. Admittedly, this mostly happened by 2017. By now, my friends are radicalized, or we probably don't talk much.

Walking away from a police officer doesn't deserve death. It doesn't deserve any punishment at all.

The mask is really off now. The sides are drawn. We did not do this, but now you really have to choose sides. You can't just sit there and say, "This man was killed by the police but I have no opinion."
