Hillary was recorded as using "deplorables" about some of the voters. Of course that was a footgun because it's insulting regular people.

But what the Democrats are now pushing is that Trump and Vance are weird, not like your average American. That is not insulting regular people.

And that is absolutely true. Both Trump and Vance are extremely weird and rather distasteful people.
