Evolution takes hundreds of thousands of years to operate.

But the climate catastrophe is engulfing us right now.

As for space colonization: less than 600 people have ever been in space. No one has ever been born in space. No one has ever lived more than a couple of years in space.

Even just to migrate the new population we create every year would require us to send 600 people permanently into space every five minutes.

We would have to have more manned rocket launches every day than have ever occurred up until today put together. And these would have to go far, far further than any of these launches.
