FYI, you're writing this wrong!

Generally, we call this year just "536".

If you're religious, you'd call it "AD 536" - "in the 536th year of our Lord". Note that the AD comes before the name and there's a space after it.

If you're not, you call the year "536 CE" - CE for "common era". Note the space.

My guess is that you are trained in some scientific field, because SI units are expressed that way, without the space: 1kg, 10N, etc. I have that habit too, and I had to learn the exceptions.
