Hello!
I did in fact read the UN report. Your summary of it is false, and weirdly false.
For example, "1.1% increase in temperature" - why is percent increase a useful measure, given that temperature starts at absolute zero? Certainly the UN report says nothing of the sort.
The last time the CO2 level was this high, water levels were between 4 and 20 meters higher than today.
At this point, we're committed to a +2º C increase in temperature, and that's if we started today to dismantle fossil fuels, but in fact our CO2 emissions continue to increase geometrically.
If you think a two-degree temperature change is nothing, then you are simply wrong. But it will be much worse.
What you wrote could be summarized this way: "I didn't read the UN report, but I'm going to pretend I did, and lie about it, in order to push my political beliefs."
