Hello! I’m comment on your article because your reasoning is bullshit and you should be ashamed of it!

What exactly do you think food animals eat? That’s right! They eat plants, a huge amount — far far more than you would eat to get the same amount of nutrition.

For example, soybean cultivation is destroying the planet, and yet only 6% of soybeans produced are eaten by humans or turned into food eaten by humans.

Eating meat requires roughly ten times as much agriculture as eating plants. Your idea that that switching to a plant-based diet somehow causes “The broad green fields of the vegans require the direct destruction of millions of animals through tilling and plowing and harvesting” is just a bare-faced lie.

The first time I hear this argument, almost twenty years ago now, I was quite surprised, but I just attributed it to sloppy thinking. “Once they think about it, they will realize that their food animals don’t live on air.”

Two decades later, I attribute this argument to a deliberate attempt to lie.

left-leaning, intolerant nature of the vegetarian/vegan folk

An intolerance for mentally lazy lies is actually a good thing.

Sane people look at the right in America, look at the right-wing President where every utterance from his mouth contain lies, and understand what true evil is.

In summary, your argument is bullshit and you should feel ashamed.
