How is it "brave"? She's not changing her lifestyle one tiny bit! She travels all over the world by plane. She tells us not to change our lives at all, but to ask corporations and governments to change.

It's actually cowardly and selfish. It's pretending to want change, while being unwilling to change in the slightest yourself.
