How long must someone stay in an abusive relationship before they realize it isn't going to work out?

I gave it thirty years. Thirty years is long enough to wait for some hint of compassion from your adopted home. Oh, I did fine - it was watching America destroy my friends that was devastating.

(Didn't it bother you to see Hillary Clinton touting her long friendship with Kissinger, someone who's caused the deaths of hundreds of thousands of totally innocent people based on literal paranoia? If not, why not? How can you accept that?)

And look at your response - content-free! No facts, arguments, logic, reasoning, citations, links to other articles - nothing except a few insults.

You might as well have written, "I don't like what you say, so you're a jerk."

The original article was strong and thought-provoking, even though it didn't come up with solutions for those problems. Arguing that we can ignore the article because it exposes problems but provides no solutions is intellectually indefensible.
