I agree completely with your article (so far) but I wanted to correct one detail.

Nowadays, almost everyone uses the word "blockchain" exclusively for distributed ledgers with no central authority. What you call a "centralised" blockchain is probably better called a cryptographically signed ledger, if only to avoid confusion.
