I came here expecting some meatist denials of the cruelty of dairy farming but I was very pleasantly surprised.
Here's a personal story though. I gave up meat in 2001, and went mostly vegan fairly fast, but the one thing I could not give up was half-and-half (half cream, half milk) in my coffee.
I gave up everything else, even ice cream (vegan substitutes don't really do it for me, so I just quit - also, ice cream is really hard on the planet, even vegan ones) - and even butter - same deal, so I gave up butter and use olive oil - but I couldn't drink coffee black and all the plant milks repulsed me.
Enter Oatly. Literally the first time I tried it, I never went back.
So it worked for me.
