I did not have to read the article. You used the slur in the title. It's offensive and you should stop using it.

My friend Karen, the union organizer, finds hearing her name constantly being as a cruel insult even right in front of her very disturbing. An insult to one is an insult to all.

There are also Black people named Karen, at least one of whom I have met.

It's a slur. A compassionate person would not use it.

Your argument, "It's OK to insult innocent people because blacks have been insulted in the past," is jaw-droppingly bad - particularly considering that you are, in fact, an abusive white person.

Why you think your poorly-reasoned screed would "cut close" is beyond me.

Stop trying to justify your use of offensive slurs and consider the consequences of your actions for once. Stop being the privileged, selfish white woman you claim to oppose and show a hint of sensitivity to others.
