I don't see the words "climate emergency" or "greenhouse gas" here.

And yet animal based agriculture is by far the largest optional part of people's greenhouse gas footprint. Most people have no choice about how they heat their houses or how they get to work, but they can choose what to eat.

In fact, I see absolutely no moral or ethical argument here at all. People have been wondering if it's really OK to torture and kill animals for food for hundreds of years, but this question has passed you by.

You wax lyrical about pork shoulder. Pigs are as smart as dogs. Why don't you eat dogs?

My summary of your article: "Moral and ethical questions do not appear on my radar. I eat meat because it tastes good - fuck the future and fuck all our grandchildren, I like meat."
