I have a degree in mathematics, and have worked in cutting edge programming for the last 40 years, so perhaps you'll listen to me when I tell you that this is one of the very stupidest and most insulting things I have ever heard.

You make this wild, sweeping judgement about tens of millions of people. You provide absolutely no proof for your incredible claims, just a bunch of invective about how inferior these people are.

And the ridiculous part is this is in an article fawning embarrassingly over Jordan Peterson - who has a liberal arts degree!

(Why you worship this ranting maniac is beyond me. Don't you remember him going on for years about how drug addicts are worthless garbage due to their lack of will - and then it turned out he'd been a drug addict the whole time? Didn't you get some sort of clue at that time?)
