I had never seen that pamphlet. I read it with great interest.

George Washington said it in his farewell speech. Eisenhower said it, in his "Cross of Iron" speech.

But Americans are so in love with war and prejudice that many of them would rather destroy their country and the world rather than tolerate people different to them.

It certainly is an exciting time to be alive. Let us hope we do better than we have in the past.
