I have rather complete documentation of Musk's abuse of Twitter on the other thread.
Musk was selling FSD as early as 2016, promising it would be actually working "next year" and releasing a deliberately falsified video: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tesla_Autopilot
The fact that over seven years later it's still "almost ready" is pretty damning.
As I said, my friend bought that car, paid for the "self-driving" feature, drove it for years, sold it, and simply took a bath on the $5000 he paid for this software, software that was in beta in 2016 and supposed to be working by 2017, but is in fact still in beta in 2023.
I should also say that your idea that you can sell people software that doesn't work and somehow absolve yourself of responsibility by saying, "It's beta!" is both morally and ethically horrible, and not justified by any legal doctrine.
> You are believing people who are not forward looking or are living in a cancel culture focussed world.
No, I believe the evidence of my senses, and the public record of Musk's malfeasance, which I have very adequately documented.
"Not forward looking", "living in a cancel culture focussed world" - typos aside, I am almost wondering if you're a parody account, but you just aren't funny enough.
