I live in the Netherlands, though I lived in the USA for thirty years.
Strange — here we manage to deliver everything Sanders is promising and more, and yet our GDP per person is only two-thirds of America’s.
Somehow America is 50% wealthier per person, and has the advantage of economies of scale, and yet you claim your country is so broke you can’t deliver the same government services as all other developed countries do.
Your argument — “America is uniquely dysfunctional” — might be true but why do you think, “America is an incompetent loser and you will never do any better than this,” is a winning election slogan?
