I love this article, but this argument is the purest and unmitigated bullshit.

Google is incredibly rich. They have done it by deliberately insulating themselves from humans. It isn’t just the demonetization of videos — I know people whose app businesses were destroyed because Google decided that they were somehow wrong-doers and cut them off their platform, without recourse, and without any real explanation of what they had “done wrong”.

Google makes billions of dollars every quarter from this. They could easily afford to do a better job than the completely miserable one they are doing now. The idea that they are too big to be able to treat people fairly is ridiculous.
