I love your work in general; I wish you'd fact check, because you consistently make gross, easily-checked factual errors, ones which could be corrected without changing your argument, but which stand out like a turd in the punchbowl.

The numbers above are right, except it's mammal biomass. This is a honking great big difference, because only a couple of percent of the world's biomass are mammals - the rest are plants, archaea, fungi, fish, amphibians, etc etc.

And I agree with all your conclusions. But I don't send your articles to people anymore because they get sent back to me with obvious factual errors highlighted.

And a lot of people post corrections - people on your side! - and you ignore them.

What's the point of being the good guys if we don't care about the truth?
