I never said I didn't like internet art - it's that it's disposable.

I live in a city with a lot of art lovers, so you do see people actually staring at paintings for a long time, but you're certainly right that most humans have no time for than a few seconds of any piece of art.

Disposable art for a disposable world!

I'm sure you're right that that's what people want and "at my age" - nice zing there, chum - hoping that people might sit still and actually ponder something deeply for more than a couple of seconds is a pure act of sentimentality.

(Heck, given the shortness of the future of our civilization, it makes sense to have very short horizons. But that's a matter for a different day.)
