I now live in the Netherlands, where drug possession for personal use isn't illegal. (And yet the coffeeshops are all run by organized crime, and pot growing on any scale or importing is still illegal!)

I certainly hope your prediction is true. I was told by the other shaman at the ceremony (a woman from Brazil) that it is predicted that there will come a day when there is only one drop of ayahuasca in the world. I asked, "Will it save the world?" and she said, "The story doesn't say."

(Both of these shamen were very interesting, down-to-earth people, very rational and thoughtful with little "woo".)
