I strongly disagree.

Playing silly hide-and-seek games is not a way to accomplish: “They want us to know their technology is far in advance of our own”.

Fleeting glimpses do not provide anywhere near the weight of evidence required to make any firm conclusion at all.

It’s like hearing a noise in your house at night and immediately concluding, “It’s aliens!” Too big a jump from almost no information.

If these aliens wanted us to know about their advanced technology, we would know. None of this sneaking around and showing us weird flashing lights.
