I was very clear.
Let me say it even more clearly.
African-Americans were brought to America as slaves and treated like cattle. Then they were “liberated” but deliberately funnelled into ghettos — indeed, for generations, simply trying to use a white restroom or walk into a white restaurant was literally life-threatening.
As I pointed out in my other response, which you also didn’t bother to read, racism in housing absolutely did not stop in the 1960s due to legislation and even a few seconds searching would find literally thousands of examples of redlining including, as I pointed out, repeated actions by today’s President of the United States, Donald Trump.
Your short and dismissive response to the long, reasoned comment — the one you rudely responded “Newsflash!” to, with information that everyone knows and no actual argument at all — makes it very clear where you are coming from. You aren’t interested in any sort of actual rational debate, or you’d have examined the points made.
Blaming African-Americans for literal centuries of segregation, much of the time legally mandated segregation, is astonishingly ill-informed. The combination of low-information and dismissive rudeness towards the one black person who tried to communicate with you is really not a good look, and considering you write fairly well, it’s really hard to come up with another hypothesis as to why you’d emit such fatuous tripe other than racism.
