I'm sorry, but this part is really silly.
You're talking about aging out of programming. No, some 50-year-old programmer isn't going to switch careers and become a yoga teacher or scuba instructor, even if this jobs paid more than a small fraction of what programmers make.
And it isn't just that agile coach isn't a career, but there are very few openings for that job. I have never worked in a company with any job akin to that.
But I do agree that programming forces people out as they age. I might be the exception, but the rule is sadly otherwise.
