No, these people will be replaced. You admit that there won't be jobs for them to go to. You simply float the idea that if they retrain, there will be some job for them, but if you think that all of these people will become "Web3 entrepreneurs", you are in a state of delusion.

(Web3 is almost as old as the smartphone, and yet not one Web3 app has had the slightest mainstream adoption. You would think that that would make you think for a moment...!)
