In what world do you live where you think it’s OK to stop perfect strangers in the street and ask them personal questions?

I mean, if I stopped you and asked, “Why are you drooling?” or “What the fuck is wrong with you that you feel the need to be such an asshole to total strangers?”, would that be OK?
