I’ve been moving to veganism but “coffee in my milk” turned out to be really hard to get past. I tried all sorts of plant milks — no go. But then (God, this seems like a TV ad, but it’s true!) I tried Oatly and never went back. I have a cup of coffee with Oatly right here beside me.

That said, it drives me nuts that this stuff is sold in those terrible Tetrapaks. They’re supposedly “recyclable” but ten seconds research should convince you that this is just greenwashing.
