Jordan Peterson saying, "Learning to communicate is important" is not some sort of unique revelation that proves how special the man is.
He's not a great source for anything: https://www.theguardian.com/science/2018/feb/07/how-dangerous-is-jordan-b-peterson-the-rightwing-professor-who-hit-a-hornets-nest
His modus operandi is to lie, mislead and exaggerate: https://www.vox.com/world/2018/3/26/17144166/jordan-peterson-12-rules-for-life
Hey, remember when he preached the most ridiculous things about drug addicts, and then it turned he was a drug addict all along?
It's pretty rich that a man who has never listened to anyone's advice is telling people they have to listen!
Remember when he went on for ages about his meat-only diet, and then his whole body started to give out? https://marcwestley-78397.medium.com/let-them-eat-steak-how-meat-turned-jordan-peterson-into-a-vegetable-67e89eb790c3
(Remember when he said his meat-only diet cured his depression, and then blamed his drug addiction on depression?)
Remember when he blamed the left's attempt to "feminize" men for Trump's rise?
You would think after Trump that paleoconservative figures like Peterson would be less popular, but then Trump is very popular still. Go figure.

Your article is unfortunately riddled with mistakes.
There's really no excuse for a word "fundemntally" when every browser highlights spelling mistakes. In fact, that sentence “Our cognitive abilities are nested inside stories, we are fundemntally narrative creatures" is also a run-on sentence.
"Know more than your going to say." - should be "you're", and you repeat that error twice.
"However, storytelling — this can be from personal experience or even some kinds of fiction." This sentence is not grammatical at all.
There are other sentences missing verbs - there are subject-verb agreement failures - punctuation failures - weird metaphors like "navigating to a skill".
I'm not trying to make you feel bad - I'm pointing out that instead of reading this charlatan you might want to spend more time focusing on the mechanics of writing, which includes editing for grammar, style, and punctuation. Self-help gurus like Jordan Peterson will make not make you a better person.
If you are a follower of Jordan Peterson, you probably consider leftists such as myself some sort of dangerous baby-eater, but you probably have to concede that we do achieve some fairly high level of language competence in our essays.
Let me suggest a few books for you on policy and politics that are actually well-written:

Hofer's pretty far right, but an excellent and very logical writer. Highly recommended.

This was an eye-opener for me. I had no idea that big chunks of US history had simply been left out.
Good luck in your writing!
