Look, I consider cannabis a very safe drug, but your experiences prove absolutely nothing.

We cannot debate this through anecdotes. With 7.8 billion people on the planet, there are anecdotes that prove anything.

We need statistics. And the statistics clearly show that that one drug above all other provokes violence, psychosis, as well as terrible health consequences — and that drug is alcohol. Other drugs like meth are even more dangerous on an individual basis, but alcohol has the terrible combination of widespread availability, social acceptability, and addiction potential that results in the deaths of 88,000 Americans each and every year.

There is no free lunch. No drug is harmless. But cannabis is statistically one of the very safest drugs known to mankind, while alcohol is one of the most dangerous.
