Lots of abuse in your post, but very little actual reasoning.

This has already happened once in your lifetime: Reagan completely changed America, and not for the better.

I am also a student of history and we have plenty of previous examples of empires crumbling to look at. A key historical moment in the US was when the Supreme Court recently ruled that the President was essentially above all laws.

Now America has a career criminal as a President, along with a firm guarantee that he will never be punished for any crime he commits.

You think having four years of a lawless and corrupt President who has publicly asked for bribes to be paid to him won't damage America.

Why? What's your actual reasoning? "You give the President more power than he has," is kind of bizarre considering that the US has one of the most powerful chief executive branches in the developed world, the US is the most powerful country in the world, and the President now has carte blanche to commit any crime that enters his mind...
