Man, TSD, you are having it rough.

I got fired a couple of weeks ago from my terminally dysfunctional job, giving the company 200% turnover in six months.

That job was perhaps worse than yours because it was smaller. The CEO and CTO were nano-managers. We had five hours of meetings a week where these two people, seemingly lacking in long-term memory, would go over and over the same tickets with us, as well as just rambling aimlessly about whatever they were thinking, often exactly the same thing they were thinking the day before.

And the obsessive refusal to do any sort of planning beyond disjointed tickets! No long-term planning, but no medium- or short-term planning - not even agendas for meetings. The management were unable to write any sort of planning or technical document, and appeared unable to read and evaluate such documents either!

I was only there for six months but it felt far longer.
