My Aeron is twenty years old and keeps on going on. I broke an arm, but I have a replacement part here, though I haven't had the chance to actually install it, it's a bit tricky.

When this finally dies, I hate to say it but I'll probably get another. I have easily spent 50,000 hours in this chair and I got it second-hand.

There are things I don't like about it though. I'd be open to another brand.
