IF the Japanese government were willing to accept responsibility for their actions, it would be one thing, but in fact, they deny everything, repeatedly call their sexual slaves "whores", refuse to pay reparations, and in every single way behave badly with respect to WW2.

It's very unfortunate, as the Japanese people you meet outside the country are generally extremely decent people with very good politics. But there's a reason they left Japan...
