Do not do this. What a way to drive away your dreams!

I don't even keep my phone in the room where I sleep.

I get up, pee, unload the dishwasher, make coffee, and stare out the window and so far I haven't seen one piece of news or a screen.

It reduces my anxiety levels considerable.
