No. No, they aren't.

A quarter million Americans have died horribly and yet Trump supporters are systematically preventing any sort of rational response to COVID-19 - by screaming, destroying things, committing violence, breaking the law, and telling a bunch of whopping lies.

None of these things are "good". They are bad and evil.

I am open to the possibility of redemption in anyone but they have to repent. You can't keep committing terrible sins against others every single day, refuse to admit that they are even sins, and plan to continue committing these sins for the rest of your life, and be a good person.

You really seem to have profoundly misread the Bible. Nowhere does it say that everyone is good, no matter what they do, say and believe.
