No, this whole thing is completely ridiculous and makes me sad to be honest.

We haven't sent anyone to the Moon in 50 years and these guys are talking about huge spinning apartment towers on the Moon?

The Coriolis effect would be so large at such small scales that you'd be constantly dizzy. The incredible energy required to do this is coming from where? How exactly do you get things into and out of the spinning building? Things like oxygen, water, food, or people? How do you maintain this engine which you can never stop without everything falling over?

I no longer believe we'll ever live in space. Everything I read about it is bullshit from bullshit artists like this.

I think we'll destroy our biosphere and our civilization along with it, and make space travel forever impossible long before even one person actually lives in space, and as someone who saw the first Moon landing as a child, I find this desperately sad.
