No, you haven't explained the value of an NFT at all!

Look at VeeCon. Gary Vee could simply sell access to it without the NFT. What role does the NFT play there?

Why - none! It's simply window dressing. (And given that there is no way to detect from a web server that a user owns a specific NFT, there will have to be an account and a password as well.)

People having been selling software since the 1970s. The NFT adds literally nothing to the process except complication.

In the huge NFT sales, like Beeple, you don't even get that.

In what possible way is this not a scam? What do you get out of this for your $59 million?

Compare and contrast with a piece of contemporary art, like Kapoor's Cloud Gate. For just $23 million, Chicago got a physical sculpture that will last for decades if not centuries and has been seen by tens of millions of people in the flesh.
