On one side, you have Marx, one of the most influential thinkers of all time, a man whose writings have been discussed for over 150 years. On the other side, you have the pathological liar Jordan Peterson, who has put forth no coherent political work at all and whose main talking point is, "Queers are not just mentally ill but evil", which isn't actually a political claim at all?

Why do you think these are in any way comparable? Why do you think the truth is in the middle between these two?

You simply don't say. Indeed, you make no argument at all. You take for granted that Marx and Peterson are equally bad, and that we all agree with it.

I slogged through the whole thing but there’s no reason given for your assumptions. Given that unrestrained capitalism has held the reins for generations now, and given that now it looks like environmental catastrophe is unavoidable and yet we still won’t turn back from the precipice, there are a lot of rational reasons to suspect that centrism will continue to drive us off the cliff we’ve been accelerating towards for the last century.

No claps. Next time, consider not assuming the thing you are trying to prove.
