One of the main characters in "The Boys" is obssessed with Billy Joel, and you hear a lot of his songs in that show.

My wife asked, "Why does Billy Joel get such a bad rap?" and I was stuck for an answer. He's a really good pop musician and composer, and his songs still sound good to me, decades later.

And I might add that my usual fare is pretty over-the-top stuff, like this. I might not generally put on Billy Joel's music, but it doesn't mean I can't respect his talent and his sense of humor.
