In the US, that's 50,000 people. World wide, probably 250,000. (I am going by excess mortality rates here, which is likely more accurate than official COVID rates. If you don't like that, knock off about 20% from those numbers.)
4% are between 18 and 40. That's 8,000 people so far - a couple of 9/11s, all of young people.
Oh, except 9/11 mostly killed people very fast, whereas COVID-19 kills people slowly and painfully.
Let's be clear that your argument is this: "I don't care about human life."
