You should be aware that in many countries in Europe, women are a majority of working doctors - but yet are still a minority of administrators, principal investigators, professors and "important" doctors.

It's unfair to women. And it's also a loss to society. At least here in Europe we seem to be improving over the generations, but it's got to be very frustrating in general.
