So weird. The differences between these two systems seem so small to me that despite having used both, I couldn't tell you what the differences were! If someone gave me a phone, I'd take either.
I personally bought a ruggedized Android that cost me €250 and has a replaceable battery. I have yet to ever break a phone, but at that price, I don't worry about it. After years of use, the battery takes 85% of its original charge - sometime in 2025 I expect to replace it. Typically I get about six years out of a phone.
I am affluent, and yet the idea of having a €1000+ fragile machine in my pocket does not make me happy.
But then I try to avoid spending much time on a phone, because it's ridiculous to surf the web on a tiny screen with no keyboard, and yet somehow addictive.
