So why send the kids to school at all? Why not just replace them by LLMs and be done with it?
What do you learn by typing a prompt into an LLM and handing it into a teacher unread? How are kids supposed to learn how to actually express their own ideas if they never actually write anything?
Is it a good use of teachers' time for them to be correcting the outputs of LLMs?
And worse: given that LLMs are very error-prone, how exactly will kids learn to recognize and correct those errors themselves, if they have never learned how to formulate an argument, or refute one?
It's madness.
