Strongly disagree here. There's no evidence that UFOs are technological devices, every indication that they do not appear to obey the laws of science.

The idea that technological aliens would travel trillions of miles to play liminal hide-and-seek games for three thousand years is silly. UFOs are an occult phenomenon.
