Terrible, terrible article.
First, it starts with an insult to the reader, and not even a clever one. And then the advice you give is (mostly) wrong.
For many Python programs, you're far better off NOT using Docker.
More, Docker doesn't solve key issues like versioning of libraries and updating, it's huge, it's slow, it works badly on anything except Linux.
