And that's just on the "extremely nasty" side. There are just as many things on the "extremely weird" or "extremely beautiful" side.

Averaging a lot of music that already exists is not going to give you Trout Mask Replica or N'existe Pas or even Sergeant Pepper's. It's going to give you more conventional, unchallenging music like Bolt Thrower.

I don't see why you would want to do this! When I play music, it's because I have a musical idea I want to express. What's the point of accompanying a computer program which generates the ideas for you by copying the average of a large number of works that already exist?
